I swapped out cacti for palm trees with one singular goal in mind: to further my education at USC Annenberg.
The decision wasn’t made lightly; it meant uprooting my life, leaving behind familiar comforts, and diving into the unknown.
Initially, the transition was daunting. Adjusting to a new environment, forging new connections, and navigating the demands of work and school felt like scaling an unfamiliar mountain. Yet, with each challenge came growth.
And with growth, came confidence.
