From Grill to Table, Cooler to Koozie: BBQ Favorites Paired with High Noon Seltzer
Nothing says “summertime” like rising temperatures, sun-kissed skin, and Sunday grill-outs.
For those of you who aren’t chefing it up behind the grill (seriously—can we take a moment to appreciate those who are willing to make their hotter days hotter by slaving behind a literal fire all to serve the rest of us some burgers, hot dogs, and charred zucchini?!), here are a few ideas on how you can elevate your contribution to this week’s barbeque.
Because nothing says, “I’m a thoughtful friend who cares about you” than bringing more than just another pack of High Noon seltzers.
Instead, bring one of these sides and a pack of High Noon seltzers! Do this and the cook may just have to give YOU a kiss instead.
Three Vegetarian-Friendly Sides to Bring to Your Next BBQ*
1. Potato Salad. . . But Adult
No hate to the traditional potato salad (mom—I still love yours), but this interpretation ain’t your mom’s potato salad.
This tangy potato salad provides the brightness, starchiness, sharpness, and crunch all BBQ spreads need. It really puts the salad in potato salad, but anyone with tastebuds will love this dish. Even the vegans!

2. Grilled Corn and Scallion Salad
Two words: corn nuts.
I know! Sounds crazy right?! But this is no average corn salad.
This salad can be done using a high-heat oven, but getting the most out of the grill being on will be the key. For those who don’t mind cheffing it up with an audience, this salad is best served right away.
Just bring the rest of the salad ingredients prepared, so all you have the most to worry about is finding room for your corn to char on the crowded grill. Once sufficiently blackened and cooled, strip the kernels and toss the remaining ingredients together!
The best part? This means you will officially be inducted into the Grillmaster Corner.
Perks: bragging rights. Challenges: has to balance holding a spatula in one hand and a High Noon seltzer in the other. Flip flops not included.

3. Tomatoes with Sliced Onion
Not a cook? Last minute decided to bring something in addition to the newest High Noon limited edition summer variety pack this weekend? This is the one for you.
This dish is entirely foolproof, but is still guaranteed to blow your socks off.
Or… Birkenstocks off?
